What Is Flip Rush?

A physics arcade game about rotating at the exact right moment and landing square. Every clean landing builds your combo, the multiplier climbs, and the game keeps speeding up to make sure you eventually screw it up. Mistime the flip and you crash — run over, combo gone, start again.

It's score-chasing in its purest form. No level to finish, no boss to beat. Just you, one button, and the slowly shrinking gap between "I've got this" and "nope, never mind." The speed creep is the real enemy — what you could do at the start, you can't anymore thirty seconds in.

How to Play

One button, one flip

Tap and your thing rotates. Release at the right moment so it lands flat. That's the entire control scheme, and it's plenty.

Flat landings only

Angled landings break the combo (or end the run, depending on how bad). You want to come down square, which means releasing the flip at the exact point where you'll be level on impact. The timing shifts as the speed climbs.

Chain for the multiplier

Consecutive clean landings stack into a combo multiplier. The longer you stay perfect, the more each landing is worth. One crash and the whole thing's gone, so a high combo is genuinely nerve-wracking to hold.

Tips

Watch the rotation, not the button

You're not mashing — you're watching how fast your thing is spinning and releasing when it'll land flat. Eyes on the rotation, finger follows. Staring at your finger is how you crash.

Respect the speed

Everything gets faster the longer you survive. A timing that worked at second five will be wrong at second twenty. Adjust as the speed ramps instead of muscle-memorizing your way into a wall.

Risk when it's low, protect when it's high

When your combo's low, take risky flips for big points. When it's high, take the safe line and protect it. Crashing with a fat multiplier on the board hurts way more than crashing at zero.

It's okay to flip less

Over-flipping kills more runs than under-flipping. If you're not sure, a smaller rotation you can control beats a big spin you're praying lands right.
