About Tunnel Rush
Tunnel Rush throws you into a first-person tunnel that just keeps getting faster. Walls, barriers, and gaps fly at you and you have maybe half a second to dodge. It's a pure reaction game — no story, no upgrades, just "how long can your hands keep up with your eyes."
The first few seconds feel manageable. Then the tunnel narrows, the obstacles stack up, and you realize you've been holding your breath for a minute straight.
Why It's So Intense
What makes Tunnel Rush work is that it's almost hypnotic. The visuals are smooth and fast enough that you stop thinking and start reacting on instinct. The moment you start consciously planning, you've already crashed.
The difficulty comes from speed, not complexity. The controls are dead simple — left and right — but reading the patterns at full speed is where it gets brutal.
How to Play
You race forward through a tunnel automatically. Steer left or right to dodge obstacles and slip through gaps. The further you go, the faster everything moves, so what felt easy at the start becomes a blur by the end.
Controls
- Left arrow / A: Move left
- Right arrow / D: Move right
Tips and Tricks
- Watch the center, not your ship. Your eyes should be further ahead than you are. If you're reacting to what's right in front of you, it's already too late.
- Make small movements. Big swerves overshoot and put you into the thing you were dodging. Tiny taps are usually all you need.
- Don't freeze. The worst thing you can do is stop steering because a pattern looks scary. Keep moving — standing still gets you killed.
- Learn the recurring patterns. After enough runs, you'll recognize the same shapes coming at you, and your hands will know what to do before your brain does.
FAQ
Does it ever slow down?
Not really. The whole point is that it ramps up and stays fast. Your best bet is training your reflexes to keep pace.
Is it hard on mobile?
It works, but fast reactions are tougher on touch than keyboard. Keyboard players usually last longer.
Are there levels or is it endless?
Both. The main mode is level-based — around a hundred stages that swap between inside and outside tunnel sections — and there's a separate endless mode where you go until you crash and chase a distance score.
